As our trusted partners in the media, we wanted to flag a quick update for those tracking immigration court data: EOIR has not released its April data which would have covered court activity from the month of March.

While no formal explanation has been provided, the delay appears consistent with broader funding and operational disruptions at DHS and related agencies.
For reporters covering immigration courts, this means:

  • The latest publicly available EOIR data currently runs through February

  • March trends are not yet reflected in national datasets

  • Any month-over-month analysis will need to account for this gap

We’ll continue monitoring closely and will share an update as soon as new data becomes available. If helpful, we’re happy to provide context on recent trends or walk through the latest available data.
